Fred Clark
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Fred, with over a decade in the AD industry, specialises in commissioning, troubleshooting, and management. After overseeing operations on a Lincolnshire estate, he founded his consultancy, specializing in Agronomy, Feedstock Management, and Rural Estate Management. He ensures efficient site design and digestate management for optimal landowner benefits, alongside consultancy services and managing an AD business in Cambridgeshire.
James Stone
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

James, an experienced renewable energy developer since 2011, has overseen the development of over 2 GW of energy projects, spanning solar PV, wind, anaerobic digestion, energy storage, and gas to power technologies. With expertise in progressing utility-scale projects from site origination to financial close, James is poised to drive Greenacre's project pipeline to success. He holds a first-class degree and Masters in Environmental Science and Management from the University of York.
Adam Phelps
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

With over 25 years of experience in land and property, Adam has advised and invested in various sectors, collaborating with landowners, developers, and institutions. Agriculture holds personal and professional significance for him, especially in the face of pressing issues like climate change, energy, and food security. Adam co-founded Greenacre Energy to spearhead growth in green gas production across the UK through AD facilities. He remains dedicated to expanding the business alongside fellow directors and shareholders.
Duncan Howie
LAND DIRECTOR

Duncan, an experienced land agent, founded his consultancy in 2016 after five years with a national surveying firm. He specializes in rural agency, advising clients on land management, development, and site-finding for renewable and non-renewable energy projects. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, Duncan brings extensive expertise to his role.
Peter Wallace
FEEDSTOCK DIRECTOR

Peter, educated at the Royal Agricultural College, leverages his extensive rural network to secure feedstocks for Greenacre. With experience in rural professional work and contracting with housing developers, he brings valuable expertise to the team's growth and ambition.
Norman Paske
CHAIRMAN

Norman, a rural practice Chartered Surveyor since 1987, brings extensive experience in advising and business across development sectors. As Chairman of Anglo Energy Storage Limited and Anglo Renewables Limited, he leads solar and battery projects. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, Norman is also an innovative farmer in the UK and Poland since 2003, with a focus on agriculture and renewable energy.
